Dr. Julia Carol Graves, MD

Dr. Graves is a wonderful doctor and a caring person - two things that don’t always overlap. I’ve been going to her for almost 4 years, and I have a lot of trust in her. She makes sure to listen to your concerns and is very thorough in trying to figure out illnesses. She also has a knack for sending you to the best specialists that are similarly thorough with good bedside manner. (Clearly a good judge of character in knowing who will provide the best care to her patients.) I can’t explain enough what a relief it is to have found a doctor like Dr. Graves.

Horrible experience. Front desk staff were rude. Scheduled my appointment through BSW app and when I arrived I was told they called me the day prior and cancelled my appointment because they no longer are accepting new patients. I booked through app - communicate with me as the customer through app - do not assume you can call and leave a voicemail during my work day and that is sufficient to cancel. Non apologetic to me, my time off work, or their error in communication. Horrible horrible customer/patient experience.

Dr. Graves was my primary care doctor for nearly 20 years before I moved. She was so attentive, kind, and really listened. She was thoughtful, and I never felt rushed with her. I recommended her to friends and they loved her, too.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Graves as my physician. She is very patient with me and she spends time with me; I never feel rushed. She is concerned about me as a whole person. Thank you Dr. Graves.

Dr. Graves is an excellent doctor. She's thorough, friendly, and personable. She truly seems to care about her patients. The only complaint I have is the lack of available time slots to see her but I suppose when you're a great doctor that's a common problem. Best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Julia Graves has been my doctor for years now, and I am so thankful that I have her. She is an excellent doctor in every way, and has a wonderful personality. Dr. Graves has always worked me into her schedule when I have needed any emergency care as well. I have recommended her to many of my friends and have total confidence in her as a knowledgeable, self-confident, and caring doctor. She's the best!

I went to see Dr. Graves for the first time and I'm glad I did. First off her nurse is very sweet and friendly, the front office staff is very good too. Dr. Graves is very friendly and will answer all your questions and address your concerns, she is not rushing to leave the room. I highly recommend her. I went to her office based on her reviews that I read, she is truly an awesome doctor.
