A new director at Turley canceled any future appointments at Turley Family Care Center

Very upset with the new director at Turley Family Health Center!

We miss your office visits and are unhappy for loosing your care by another primary care director! We will stay with Baycare at some other facility!

Excellent primary care MD. Turley office not so good with prescription refills! Wallgreens and my self have requested refills but no response! My wife is bipolar and taking her medicine inproves her quality of life!

She tried to convince me that blood and fluid dripping from my ear was caused by Mucinex opening the eustacian tube. She diagnosed me with "postviral syndrome" when I actually had pneumonia and epiglottitis and sent me home from the hospital. I was clearly very sick, choking from the epiglottitis and the mucus, with asthma on top of it. I would be afraid to ever be in her care again.

Love Dr Jenkins. She is the best!

Good Doctor! Rude staff and cannot get timely appointments.

After major surgery contacted the office as directed by the surgeon, staff gave appointments and then upon arrival claimed they were not made on two occasions. Originally a good office, but because she works for Mease Hospital the place has a big white sign on the front of the building taking more patients. Good luck getting seen! You will be lucky if you can get an appointment if youâ??re sick in a timely manner. With a serious infection I had to go to the emergency room and after six weeks of not getting an appointment with this doctor had to seek other care and was seen immediately. One of our children has a chronic condition and labs were taken, over two weeks no follow up from the doctor. Again found other care immediately. One thing for a doctor to fail an adult another to fail a child, the office and doctor have become part of the failing US medical system. She should be ashamed of herself for failing patients because of the system.
