I have been a patient for more than a decade and ref a prior review am a native English speaker and therefore write this enthusiastic review of Dr. O's competence whose language abilities enable her to serve a patient base that is comforted be her ability to understand and communicate with them. If she is not always prompt, it is because she takes time to talk with her patients and form relationships (increasingly rare these days) that are often critical when difficult medical and life situation are being dealt with. She is a vanishing breed of physician (and will be a considerable loss when she retires - when I will be at a loss to find a successor for myself) whom I have found quick to make needed referrals to specialists when needed.

Called her office and asked to see if i could see her for a sprained knee. She tells me she is booked till end of june..its mid may.She follows up and tells me that i should wait and see her when i suggested if i should see another doctor. I asked if she could refer me to another doctor and she refused.

This women should really not practice medicine. Her regulars do not speak English and do not know how to complain about her. Office wait is at least an hour after your scheduled appointment. She pushes unnecessary medications and plays around with the doses.
