Dr. Julia Hee Sone, MD

Dr.Sone is very knowledgeable, professional, straightforward. My dad had a rectum cancer and she was supposed to operate on him. Before the surgery, every single doctor (oncologist, stoma nurse and etc) we had an appointment with, told him, after finding out who his surgeon was, that he was very lucky because Dr.Sone is considered to be one of the best surgeons. And I can confirm their words after my dad's surgery is performed by Dr.Sone. It was a very complicated and long surgery. It lasted for 7 hours and the complication of it wasn't only in the type of the surgery itself but also the fact that he had had a colon surgery 4 years before in another country but it was unknown how much of a colon was cut and where. Dr.Sone managed to fix my dad so that he will not have a permanent stoma, his cancer is gone and his recovery was very fast. All the nurses in the hospital were impressed at how well and fast he recovered after the surgery. I would recommend Dr.Sone to everyone. She is… the best!

This is a surgeon you either hate or love. I value honesty but she is also open to me keeping her honest in communication or at least hearing me out. She fixed what was wrong with me. That works.

When it comes to serious stuff, it's good to have a doctor like Dr. Sone by your side.
