The real test of a physician's office is how they perform when everything otherwise goes wrong. This five-star review is being written because the doctor, the physician assistant, the office manager, and two other office staff showed such respect and kindness to me that the challenges were ones that we faced together as contrasted to leaving me "on an island of Tsuris." We overcame: that my medical record from Denver never got to Baltimore ten years ago; that I was erroneously scheduled for the physician assistant instead of for the doctor; that I have a totally intractable case of needle-phobia; and that my request for referral to physical therapy could not be honored. With the solution to each challenge came my increasing eagerness to write this favorable review. There was one other favorable "wildcard element" that made a huge positive difference for me, namely that I encountered two friends while I was in "waiting mode"; seeing people you know and admire in the office of a… medical practice has a very calming impact, providing reassurance that you've come to the right place.
