Dr. Perry exhibits all the qualities I appreciate in a doctor. He is professional, respectful, warm and caring, takes time to listen and answers all questions. I trust him and would recommend Dr. Perry to anyone.

My appointment was at 215pm and I was called back to his office area at 215 pm. Explained everything with price. Hope to schedule an appointment for surgery.

This doctor is never on time. Have had multiple appointments and each time he has made me wait more than two hours. Everyone in the waiting room is always angry at the wait time. Ridiculous! Wait time as we speak--2 hrs 15 mins and counting. Not happy.

I waited for so long to see this doctor in the waiting room - probably close to 3 hours - and I had a morning appointment. He was very attentive during the consultation, but only recommended botox. I believe botox is his specialty - I wanted a more permanent solution.

I had surgery in Oct. and just wanted to say that I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Perry was extremely professional and attentive. He listened to my concerns and addressed them honestly which led to a very uneventful post-op recovery. I have since recommended others to him. Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have him on their staff.

Dr Perry is a wonderful doctor. He's helped me so much with my Graves Disease. I just do not understand the wait time. This was my third appointment where I was told he's running @ 2 hours behind. . I was there to discuss Orbital Decompression surgery. Very important to me. Between my drive time and the wait time I couldn't wait another 4-5 hours this one appointment was going to take. He will always spend quality time with you when you finally see him. I hope something can be done.

Dr was only interested in giving me botox.
