Dr. Julian Forrest Rowe, MD

Office staff is absolutely horrible. For more than 1 year I'm trying to get them to bill my insurance correctly. After calling office dozens of times, office finally told me they will not call ins. because dr. hired a billing co. Question: Who is responsible for calling the ins., me, the patient, or the Dr's office and company they hired for billing? Dr. needs to hire someone who can take responsibility for what the office does. The office actually enters the code for billing, into their system. Not me, the patient. How is it my job to be responsible for how the Dr's office decide to bill? I am beyond exasperated. Should I write to the Department of insurance for the State of New Mexico? Please help.

Horrible experience with Dr. Rowe. He is not my personal physician but he was on call for both of my emergencies. I have considered changing my OB doctor just out of fact that he will be on call when I deliver. He is NOT a plastic surgeon but seems more interested in trying to be one.

Dr. Rowe delivered my son. He thought it was funny because even during my C Section, I refused to accept the fact that I had son! Hahaha hahaha I was positive and determined that after three girls, there was no way possible I was going to have a boy. But I finally have my son who is now 6 years old. I was a high risk pregnancy due to my weight. Dr. Rowe took very good care of me and my baby.

Dr. Rowe takes his time out to listen and talk to his patients. Great with my whole family
