Dr. Juliana Katucia Gohill

I have been on a mission on finding the best dentist to treat me for my periodontal work. Since May 2014. I have been turned away from 3 seperate dentist.. All dentists agreed on one factor I needed to be totally sedated before any work was done on me... I felt so discouraged and hopeless.. I googled and googled and came across Dr. Juliana Gohill... Even though I was a bit skeptical since I found a web page that soley downgraded not ony Dr. Gohill but her entire staff... I was alway taught never to "judge a book by it's cover" I gave it a shot and was the best decision I have ever made....and NO SEDATION!!! Not only did Dr. Gohill throughly explain my long road to recovery regarding my periodontal disease, but Dr. Gohill and her staff made me fell perfectly at ease.... I kow you can only rate up to 5 stars but I give this office a 10. They are the best.

Dr. Gohill has been my dentist for several years and I have only experienced pleasantries with this office. This is one office that when an appt is set, they abide by it. You enter, you sit (for just mere moments) and they call you in. The office is extremely courteous and professional. Any questions you have, they are answered thoroughly. Would highly recommend Dr. Gohill and her staff any time of the day.

Patients beware!! I went into this office because I had a filling come loose that was previously filled 13 years prior. The visit went OK except for the fact that she 1st recommended that I should get Invisalign, which I did not even show any concerns about the cosmetic portion of my teeth(I am almost 30 years old, my 2 ever so SLIGHTLY crooked teeth are of NO concern to me!!) and I was not completely numb and about halfway into the filling I felt pain and apparently was not given the proper amount of Novocain. After another shot, she finished the job. 8 months down the road I started to feel pain in the same tooth and went in to solve the problem. This is where the real trouble begins. Dr.Gohill attempts to explain that since I am grinding at night that this is why my filling came loose and wants to charge me an additional $230 to do the filling again on top of the $250 I already paid to have her do it the first time!! I am in utter disbelief- my previous filling in the same tooth… lasted me 13 years, its hard to believe that my grinding would cause it to come loose in only 8 months. Not to mention that I brought my daughter with me to my visit(she is 8 years old by the way), and Dr.Gohill takes one look at her and says to me "you know she is going to need Ortho right?". Are you freaking KIDDING ME? For one thing, I didn't ask her about my daughters teeth, I was there for my problem. And for another thing, my daughter is only 8 years old and has only received 8 of her adult teeth so far- give me a break lady!! The only good part to this story is that I ended up going to another dentist to get a second opinion. Their explanation is that the filling was not properly bonded, so over time it just became looser and looser until it finally gave way. So thank the lord that I actually found another dentist to whom I feel completely trustworthy of and did a great job!! PS, made no mention of ANY cosmetic problems and actually had positive comments on how clean my teeth were!! So potential patients BEWARE!! Dr.Gohill is completely out to get as much money out of you as she possibly can, and even worse than that, she doesn't back her work when she makes a mistake!!
