They respond promptly to requests for refills, appointments are usually available the same day, and the PA’s/Nurse assistants are caring and supportive. I’ve been with Dr.Baur for a number of years now and wouldn’t think about changing primary care doctors.

Doesn't listen to patients or even examine patients. Just request labs treats the lab results not the patient symptoms.

Worst primary care doctor I have ever had. She doesn't seem to be interested in solving my medical issues and dismisses what I tell her about them.

Dr. Baur works great in person and is very intuitive during visits. Although, she and her office staff tends to be slow on returning messages. I have had to wait 2-3 days sometimes for a return on a message that I would say is of moderate concern. Her staff is amazing, but like other comments, her availability is often minimal. I would recommend her, but just be prepared for slow responses overall.

She refuses to give authorization for needed tests. She does not follow up on test/scan results. She does not respond promptly if at all to messages. She is usually not available for appointments.

I made a visit as a first time patient with a need to bring over a prescription from a previous doctor, since I just moved to the area. I spent more time talking to the wonderful assistant who showed me to my room, than I did with the doctor. She came in, asked me a few questions, set-up my perscription, then left. Perhaps I'm spoiled by my previous doctor who upon my first meeting with her went over a comprehensive exam & spoke with me at length about my daily health/concerns. But with Dr. Baur I really felt like I was intruding on the time of "more important patients" & have avoided going back at all costs.Then I found out I was pregnant. I called to make an appointment to confirm & was told she had no availability for 3 months. I ended up seeing a Physicians Assistant at the office. I'm currently looking for a new doctor.

reception staff is not helpful and seems put out everytime i call for an appointment. follow up by medical staff not great either.
