TOTAL NIGHTMARE! I see the positive comments are 3 to 6 years old. Something has dramatically changed. It's a shame for our community. First the therapy offered is not covered by insurance. Which is expensive. No one will pick up the phone. Ever. And if you want a general question or concern answered, you will be expected to pay $200 for a 1 hour appointment with Dr. Beasley to answer any questions. These being general questions any other office could immediately and easily respond to. Not medical questions for a doctor to answer. But I was desperate to help my toddler recently diagnosed with autism. So I agreed to pay for the appointment. The only question prior I insisted to have before paying $200 was if there was a wait list for therapy. Or limited options. Any other questions could wait. The office refused to answer this question and our appointment was canceled by email. Only at that time I was given a vague response they had some kind of availability directly from Dr. Beasley.… The doctor was very uncaring and curt. Yet I pleaded to reconsider our appointment for my sons sake and apologized for asking. I had done nothing wrong to cause this reaction. And against my better judgement I asked to keep our appointment knowing no one else offers ESDM therapy in Las Vegas. I was ignored without response from Dr. Beasley. Her assistant is also very rude and curt. And I believe part of the problem. Beware!!!
