Came in for wellness visit today. My husband and I are taking classes to foster. A physical is required along with being up to date on all your immunizations, the covid vaccine is not part of that requirement. She refused to fill out the form correctly stating that I had all of my shots until I received the COVID-19 vaccine. Went down to the second floor for my first covid vaccine showed proof and asked for my form to be updated. She refused again and said to come back after I've had my second covid vaccine. The covid-19 vaccine is not federally required or required by the state to foster or adopt. Last year when I requested she run my hormones for my PCOS she told me she didn't want to get involved and to speak to my OBGYN about it. During my visit today, explained my OB told me I was normal and not needed. Expressed my displeasure with any of my DR for not wanting to run the lab work, she told me she could do a standard bloodwork. Expressed wanting a full hormone panel, she then… stated I could always look for a new OBGYN. Informed her I would be. Needless to say I don't feel like she cares at all about my health. Only willing to do the bare minimum.and willing to coerce someone into something they do not want to do when she had something to leverage.

Did not listen to me or ask about the symptoms I was listing off to her told me I don’t know more times than I can count and was very rude and disconnected. Changing my primary caregiver immediately

The office has difficulty getting referrals to specialty doctors on time and once left paperwork for a drug manufacturer's patient assistance program on someones empty desk for two weeks, costing me $250 for a partial Rx. I received no input from the doctor following important tests and was put off an additional two months when the office moved my appointment.

rude staff i left because the receptionist messed up my appointment and wouldnt let me see my doctor looking for new doctor asap.

Dr. Julie Busch is a wonderful doctor.

I was recently a victim of a traumatic experience, Dr. Busch was rude, unsympathetic, and refused to be of help. As a result of my experience I sustained some injuries, she would not provide me with the necessary medication to help with my problems until I basically broke down. She then did not write the necessary information on the prescription so the pharmacy could not fill it in a timely matter. She also refused to give me medication to help me sleep (I had not slept in over 4 days). She was very unsympathetic and made me, feel guilty and like a complete bother/burden to her day. She provided me with nothing but more stress, guilt, and embarrassment It was a terrible experience, I WILL never be going back to her again.

I've only seen Dr. Busch once, but I really liked her friendly, caring manner. The office and staff were helpful as well. I had a few questions she didn't have answers to, but she willingly referred me to other physicians so I could get properly checked out--my health was her priority. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend her!
