This should be a zero star rating. Julie Ceasar truly is an unethical and a criminal just like her convict husband Shannon Ceasar. STAY AWAY from this entire office because you will also have to deal with not only a fraud like Julie Ceasar, but their staff is constantly rude and passive aggressive or outright aggressive in their speech towards you. What I can tell is that they don't want to keep patients for long periods of time. They want a revolving door of new patients because it suits them better to hide the negative effects they have done to their patients mentally, to hide the self-harm and suicides they caused their patients. Read Julie Ceasar's reviews all over the internet because all the negative reviews are true. The only positive reviews you will see for her are either fake or from patients who are satisfied with how easily she will prescribe medications like Valium. Just search "Shannon Ceasar New Orleans doctor Department of Justice," and see for yourself how this… couple are both criminals. So far, only her husband got caught, but eventually Julie Ceasar's bad conduct, criminality, and breaking the Hippocratic Oath will be found out.

I feel as if I can tell her anything. And she actually listens!!

I had to take half a day off of work for my first appointment because Dr. Ceasar runs HOURS late for every single appointment. When I called to see when I had to show up to the next appointment, the receptionist was AWEFUL. Extremely rude. Do not submit yourself to this.

Horrible. While this doctor has an outstanding bedside manner, it takes upwards of an hour to see her. She also put me on meds that caused cognitive impairment and insisted that my symptoms were caused by "chronic depression." If you value your mental health, stay far and away from this doctor.

I just called to make an appt with Dr. Ceasar, as I have heard wonders about her. The secretary was SO RUDE and did not want to schedule my appointment! She began yelling at me and unfortunately I was not able to schedule an appointment. This might be a phenomenal psychiatrist but HORRIBLE STAFF. I'm not sure how Dr. Ceasar is able to keep patients with this type of staff!

Dr. Ceasar has treated me for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Found a rx regiment that helped significantly that I was able to reduce over time. Now, I'm feeling much better on my own thanks to her.

Dr Julie is an amazing Psychiatrist. She is kind and very personable. I have always been treated like family. The staff members are always so polite and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.
