Julie R Chan, MD

Dr. Chan is extremely professional and caring. Her staff could care less about the patients. I showed up for my appointment, on time, only to be told that I had been "re-scheduled". When asked why I wasn't called I was told that they called my home and left a message. Well, like 75% of society, I was at work, so I asked why they didn't call my cell phone. They verified that they indeed had my cell number but couldn't figure out why I hadn't been called. I had to re-schedule that appointment. I would have given 4 stars if not for the rude staff.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Chan and her incredible medical skills. Dr. Chan is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients. She treats her patients with the highest level of care.She is very professional and I admire her very much and thank her for her care and medical skills.
