Dr. Julie M Jones, MD

She was great at 1st, but once I had my son at 25 weeks (I went to another hospital for delievery- Dublin doesn't have the NICU he needed) and returned to her for my PP checkup, she didn't remember if she delivered my son and was very short and seemed preoccupied and clearly in a rush, as I wanted to ask questions and get help with possible PSTD from the trauma of having my son in an emergency c-section and so early. I switched to another Doctor, but unfortunately I had an ectopic rupture 1.5 years after my son was born. Dr. Jones was on call for my emergency surgery. She did an amazing job saving me from bleeding out. My scars healed so nicely and she put 100% more effort into my well being this time around. However, she was mostly concerned with me deleting a review I had left prior to my ectopic. A few hours after my surgery, I was still in shock and medicated, so I agreed to delete it, but looking back, that should have never been asked. I felt that her going above and beyond… was just to butter me up because of my previous treatment and review. So instead of hiding anything, good or bad, I have decided to create another review. Yes, I did not recommend Dr. Jones, but if she just sensitized herself and honestly took every patient seriously, she can be great. All it takes is one bad day and that can have a large impact on a patient. Luckily I was blessed enough to have support from my sons NICU staff at Riverside. I battled PTSD for over a year and have been terrified to have another child, until a new doctor took the time to give me hope.

WORST DOCTOR & STAFF EVER! DR. JONES DIDN'T MONITOR ME AT ALL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN (BEING HIGH RISK), AND LET ME GO TO 15 WEEKS ALONG BEFORE REALIZING THE BABY HAD PASSED AT 8 WEEKS (SOMETHING I DISCOVERED ON MY OWN, NOT BY DR. JONES!) SHE IS HORRIBLE, DOESN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT HER PATIENTS, AND IS INCREDIBLY RUDE. HER STAFF ARE EQUALLY AS RUDE- PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I have been seeing Dr. Jones since the Spring of 1999; 14 years. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer ALL your questions and explains everything in terms I can actually understand. She is currently treating my two daughters as well. They feel very comfortable with her. The staff (that's another story) can be very difficult in scheduling appointments and being considerate to the Dr.'s patients and their needs.

I have been going to Dr Jones for 10 years now, I started seeing her at 16 (she made my first visit very easy/comfortable), she's excellent and a very nice person.

I began seeing Julie Jones way before having kids, and I was lucky to find her. She was an amazing doctor, taking time to ask questions, researching options and CARING about me and my childrens' health and safety. Now that we've moved from Ohio, I must say I really miss having her as my OBGYN, even just for regular check ups.
