I started at this office earlier this year she listens and cares for her patients and her nurse is also very caring. I am very happry to of made this doctor switch.

I have no problem with Dr. Kalb. I am sure, like all PCP's she is busy but she does not hurry you. She does not force tests on you-- I had a practice that scheduled a mammogram for me without my consent-- I was under 35! The wait time has been long for me, however. I don't think this is her problem, though-- as I understand it the physicians are employees of the hospital system and there is probably pressure to schedule a high number of patients. That is the same everywhere.

Doctor Kalb is a very calm and composed doctor who is very compassionate about your problems and treat you with a lot of care. I have been going to her for past 7 years and never thought about changing to another doc. I would strongly recommend Julie Kalb.

Office closes early when it comes to business hours. Called a half our hour before closing and they already had answering machine on. Won't do follow up prescriptions on time. Switched from Tricare Prime to reserve select and won't write a prescription required after waiting months before a major surgery. Overall disappointment with service. Would not recommend to anyone. F.

Either she and her office were having a bad day, or maybe because I was a new patient, but I found her to be aloof and condescending, and her staff disorganized and lacking in communication. I waited 55 minutes after my appointed time to finally see her come in the examining room looking at her laptop, clicking away as she asked me questions, and, at one point, after rattling off some technical medical jargon, she saw my inquisitive look and said "You don't know what I'm talking about, do you?". And one of her staff told me in a follow up phone call that I should go back to the first doctor I saw to get follow-up since they gave me the initial prescription for my condition. I'm done with Mt. Carmel.
