Dr. Julie Ann Kelch, MD

Dr. Kelch is thorough, with great bedside manners. She cares about our overall health as well as the diseases that make her show up at her office. When she is not available, she has two tremendous PAs. One of the special things about her is that she is great at recognizing skin cancers (sometimes better even than some of our local dermatologists).

Dr. Kelch has been my family Dr. since 1992. My health has slowly deteriorated over that time, primarily due to my own lack of appropriate self care. She has always been highly encouraging about what should be done, gives positive reinforcement for improvements shown, tests when needed, has a conservative perspective, and has a really good ARNP and PA when she is not available to be seen. There is also an MSW counselor available for private counseling, if needed and desired. My experiences with the nurses and front office staff have always been positive. As with other physicians, afternoon appointments are prone to a wait time, while morning appointments usually don't have any, or little, wait time. When I married, she readily accepted my new husband as a new patient. When he died from leukemia after a 41 day diagnosis, she was the only one of his doctors that accurately predicted that he only had about 3 days of life remaining. called him at home as he was dying and also called… me at home after his death. I have found her to be highly knowledgeable, compassionate, nurturing, caring, and supportive -- everything I'd want in a family Dr. I highly recommend her as a family practitioner.

This doctor had been my doctor since 2002 and she is so great. She is always nice and caring for my kids and every time one of us has been sick, she can always get us better. I thanks her so much for her time and taking care of my family and I.

Dr. Kelch is a great and knowledgeable doctor. She is real compassionate and caring and her diagnosis are right on point. However, i am big on customer services and her nursing staff esp (Beverly) has the worse attitutude. If you ever need to talk to a nurse at her office ask for Christina or Bev Ann. They are really nice and will explain things to you if needed. I

Our family of six has been with Dr. Kelch for years and she is extremely thorough, caring, conservative with prescribing medications, and professional. Her PA's are as well. Wait time at the office can be long. I have found that I get there earlier than our scheduled appointment times, we get in faster, for some reason.

Dr. Kelch was my doc years ago - when I moved back to Tallahassee I was thrilled to reconnect with her. Both Dr. Kelch and her office staff are gems. They will do whatever they can to work with you and make sure you have what you need. This is an extremely caring practice - hard to find.

I've been a patient since she opened her practice; she is extremely talented, caring, encouraging and runs an outstanding practice.

Dr. Kelch is a great Doctor and very attentive however her staff is rude and unhlepful. I would consider switching Doctors becasue I have more interaction with the staff than i dot he doctor and this staff is NOT customer service oriented.

Having been a patient since 1990, I can say that she is thorough, competent and caring - absolutely tops.
