I saw this Dr. Twice. First appt went ok. Second appt was very unpleasant. all I wanted was a referral for different specialist to get a second opinion. She was very agitated. Didn't take the time to find out my history. Doesn't seem up to date on testing and procedures. Told me tests and procedures I've had done by specialists didn't exist. Told me my urinalysis was normal but when I looked at my records it showed blood in the urine. She didn't actually put in the referral either. It was a Very unpleasant experience and less than helpful

Absolutely would give zero stars. I can only say she and her husband should not be in the medical business. Both have an issue with ugly and untrue accusations. I was confronted dramatically and incorrectly after asking her to treat my son who has mental health issues. I am a medical professional myself and have ever experienced the type of treatment my son and myself received.

She was my doctor for 8 years. Unless you enjoy waiting for an hour and only getting 5 minutes with your doctor stay far away! Last time I was there she said "well what do you expect me to do for you? I only have 15 minutes with you today.". When you are going through medical issues, you are scared and need someone to help you, not treat you like a pest. All she wanted to do was prescribe pills and send me out the door. That was the last straw. Does not follow up, even forgot I was waiting for a test during one appointment, I finally had to leave. She acts caring but will not research anything and does not return calls. Staff is terrible.

She can write a script but her knowledge seems to end there. Never again!!

Very happy with the many changes that have taken place at Dr Moran's office. She has hired many new staff and three new providers all whom are making the clinic better. In the past I had some problems with follow up phone calls from Drs nurses, but now that is fixed.

Have been seeing Dr. Moran for 10 years and have had nothing but the best in care from her. She listens, suggests, follows up and doesn't pretend that she knows everything! She has diagnosed my ailment properly on several occasions.I couldn't be happier with her!

Dr Moran was my Dr for a long time- over 10 years. In the beginning she seemed caring- she spent time talking to me to understand my concerns. As time went on, her manner changed drastically. If she spent 15 minutes with me I felt blessed- mostly I felt like a number, rushed through the appointment. The followup care is horrific at this clinic- rarely do you receive test results unless you call for them- they don't call a patient with the results. I went in for a pain- ran thru a bunch of tests- ended up seeing a specialist- had a devastating cancer diagnosis. I knew Dr Moran was notified- the specialist informed me he had talked to her. Dr Moran DID NOT call me to offer her thoughts or condolences or ANYTHING- it was like I ceased to exist and I had been a patient of hers for years! In addition to dealing with cancer, I ended up looking for a primary care provider who actually cares about me and spends time with me during our appointments. So finding him is a blessing- my last… experience with Dr Moran was a nightmare.

You will get NO follow up on anything, you MUST make another appointment ($$$$$) to find out what your results of ANY test is, prescriptions are NOT faxed or written correctly (this from the pharmacy). The staff acts like Guard Dogs. After 6 years of dealing with this place....we already decided to "move on", but no, we get a letter saying she does not want to be my Dr. anymore.The difficulty in dealing with this office and staff does not outweigh any pluses the Dr herself may contribute.
