She is so kind and helpful.

Dr. Pickholtz was my mother's neuropsychologist after she suffered a stroke. She helped my mother and my siblings through a very difficult time. She gave us excellent suggestions for helping us plan for the difficult road ahead after she was discharged from rehab.

I saw Dr. Pickholtz for help with insomnia that I had for many years. She was very knowledgable and her treatment was very clear, with instructions for my sleep written out for me at every session. Within a few weeks I was sleeping much better and I no longer need medications to put me to sleep. I can't thank her enough.

I can't actually review Dr Pickholz's skills because I never had the opportunity to meet her. I can review her phone skills, however. I contacted her twice with interest of becoming a new patient. The first time I spoke with her briefly, but she had to get off the phone and never returned my call. I waited about a month and tried again and left a voice mail message. She never returned that call either. I can only assume she doesn't need my business, but I think it is very unprofessional and rude not to return calls. At the very least she could post on her website that she is not currently accepting new patients. I will be looking elsewhere for treatment.
