Very good doctor,compassionate and very caring. Takes her time and listens to you.

Dr. Prosseda and her N.P. Caroline are perfect examples of why people should have to take an empathy test before being allowed to practice medicine. I was a patient for 10 years and left because of how disgusting I was treated. I scheduled an appointment, and they made me wait 40 minutes and barely apologized! They are frequently late to see you, but expect you to be there on time or early. That’s called having ZERO respect for other people’s time. The staff at the front desk are also especially MALICIOUS. One literally told me my concerns did not matter nor were they any of her business! When I calmly informed her she was being rude, she got even more aggressive. Since I work in customer service myself, I don’t understand this kind of behavior. If I talked to any customers the way this woman spoke to me, my job would fire me or I’d at least get written up. I have another family member that’s also stopped going to this practice for similar reasons. Bottom line: this office… does not respect your time, and any little question you have will require a full visit to the office, thus voiding the purpose of them having phones. They also specialize in hiring flippant, rude sociopaths (aka people with no empathy for their fellow humans).

Very good to talk to, but she is constantly typing instead of talking directly to you. She asked me, what did I want to do about a certain condition. She is very quick to prescribe medications.
