Dr. Julie R. Sierra, MD

Dr. Sierra is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met-on top of being highly skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She has helped me and many of my loved ones through difficult medical situations and I am eternally grateful to know her and have met her. Five stars, I trust this doctor with my life and can’t recommend her enough.

This doctor spreads hateful , antisemitic messages on social media

Dr. Sierra is a vocal, virulent Jew hater. Why would anyone put their health in the care of a doctor who discriminates against others based on race, religion, or ethnicity. Shameful!

Racist, incompetent doctor who should have her license revoked

I had wonderful virtual visits with Dr. Sierra and was sad to see that she was no longer part of Plush Care. She was the best doctor I've had in a long time. I was hoping that I could find her practicing elsewhere for appointments! She was a great listener and very compassionate and was great about helping me with medications. I always enjoyed our visits online and I trust her.

My family and I really need a new internist, but I cannot select Dr. Sierra. She has publicly declared her hate for Jews, and she tells lies about Israel. (She might believe the lies, but if that is true, shame on her for failing to perform even a modicum of due diligence. Lies about Israel harm Israelis (21% of whom are Israeli Arabs) and Jews. As a health care professional, isn’t she supposed to do no harm?) ) Because of her Jew-hate, I cannot trust her to examine, diagnose, or treat my family or me. If she doesn’t care about Jews or Israelis, I can’t trust her to comply with the standard of care when serving as our physician. Plus, if she would lie about Israel, what else would she lie about? Insurance claims? Necessary medical procedures? I cannot take the risk she would hurt my family or me.

I’m not happy with the care I received from Dr. Sierra. Besides not listening or hearing my concerns, she wouldn’t refer me to a specialist.

So far I've seen Dr. Sierra twice. Not ONCE has she left her stool in front of her computer screen to make contact with the patient! Even just to be close to the patient, maybe put her hand on the patient's arm. Physical touch is so important for me in a doctor's office. She said she hasn't done a physical on me yet so no need to touch me. Red flags are up. And to be fair, the last doctor I had, who retired, was superb on all counts, so the bar is high. But I am sick and tired of doctors staring at a computer screen.

Found her, yea, excellent Doctor, caring, kind, thorough, very professional, personally, the best doctor I have ever had. Really miss her. Hope you found a better working environment.
