She made me feel terrible. Very incompassionate.

Dr. tan canceled on me twice, the 2nd time was an hour before my appointment and when I tried to get in contact with the office it took over 30 minutes to reach them. All they could say is to make a new appointment which would be in 3 months.

Dr. Tan was great! She went above and beyond helping me!

I really liked Dr. Tan and her staff. She performed several surgeries and procedures to treat my condition. There were many times that she called me at home in the evening to follow up, discuss test results, etc. I was a patient for a year and a half and my situation was challenging, but we had success!

She is just horrible at speaking ENGLISH!!! She does not care about her patients issues.all she says is take these pills.take this exam, spend money for nothing .she has no clue as to what shes doing!!!!She told me I am pretty much stupid for TTC at a young age.she is just horrible and does not explain anything .

Last appointment I had with Dr. Tan the first thing she asked me was why I was seeing her in the first place, I have been going to her for 6 months! She had no clue I was taking birth conttrol pills which she prescribed to me, she also mentioned that I might have a rare condition that is actually quite common. Her communication skills are non existent. I had a phone conversation with her and there was a major miscommunication I thought she told me I had an STD, but she said that my infection was not caused by an std, but i didn't find it out for a week, so my husband had to hear the wrath from me. I think if she goes back to school took communication classes and learned how to show up on time she could be a sub par doctor. my mother went with me on my appointment, because I am always confused when I leave there, and shes a nurse so she understands the terminology,could not even make out a little bit of what this lady was saying.

seen her infertility reasons & she didnt seem to care to much. Now she is leaving the hospital i go to & she still had 2 wks there & instead of putting in to do the iui's we wanted she had a poor excuse when i knew she just didnt want to bother because she was leaving. Now i have to see yet another new doc as a new patient & start all over who knows how long this is going to be. I've been struggling with this issue for years & she wasn't much help the last year & I don't really care for her work performance at all.
