Had this doctor remove a basal cell spot from behind my ear. She didn’t explain what the end results were going to be or how much of a scar I would have. I assumed since it was behind my ear that I had nothing to worry about. But it turns out that my ear is disfigured now and the wound/stitches are much larger then I thought they would be. I am so mad at myself for not asking more questions. But shouldn’t that be their job to inform me of the entire process, and what the outcome will be, and offer reconstructive options?? They said nothing to me! Now I have to go elsewhere to get plastic surgery and I felt that could of been incorporated all together with my removal. After the surgery when they said I have a slight notch now out of my ear she actually said “Well, no one looks at both ears at the same time anyway”. Are you kidding me?!? How is this acceptable? I would not recommend her or her team.

I've never had her, I've never met her, ands I've spoken to her. But she has wrinkly lips.
