This lady needs communication, an bed side manner skills, she so dry, and sarcastic on the slick. Shes performing my sons gastric sleeve, since hes been going to her, its been nothing but a thorn in my side for my son to deal with her. All i know, she better take care my son in this surgery. She dont wont no problems with this MOM. Be careful chosing this one.. If you desire a friendly, caring, compassionate doctor, she AINT IT..

Dr Holder-Haynes is straight forward surgery that gifes her r fact opinion on the members and don't cut any mustard. But only thing I would like to see improve is how much she spends with the member, don't get me wrong she explains everything but sometimes I felt like I was on a slow page and she was steam rolling ahead. But other that very good doctor

Dr. Holder Haynes actually didn't operate on me! Instead, she spent 11 days on my condition in the hospital as I was rushed via ambulance on an emergency condition, helping me heal naturally. Every single day, she kept saying she could operate, but it would be so much better if she could help my body heal itself, and through her care, it did. She monitored me very closely, and her follow-up 3 weeks later was very thorough. It's been over a year, and I remain impressed by her care.

Dr. Holder-Haynes is one of the best and most caring surgeons! She does weight-loss surgery, and definitely knows what she is doing. She will not perform surgery if she doesn't feel that you will succeed, and she's open about this. I didn't feel like a number with her, but like someone that she was helping reach a goal. She can be firm, but will tell you like it is and won't sugarcoat things. Highly recommended if you want to lose weight and keep it off!

She was insulted and annoyed I had questions, her ego was bigger than the high rise that she has her office in and she decided she would not preform my surgery because when I wanted answers and technique explanations she decided I was an angry person. She epitomizes "The God complex". I wouldn't let her operate on me if she was the last living surgeon on this planet.
