Dr. Julietta Militello, DO

I agree with the previous review that she is always cancelling appointments and moving my appointment up. I feel rushed and she never listens to me. Don’t think that she cares -will not be seeing her again. Is it odd that many of her 5 star reviews are all from the same day? Seems kind of funny to me.

I became Dr.Militello patient about a year a half ago and it has been nothing but disappointments from the beginning. She cancels my appointments often it seems like she calls out sick at least once monthly I understand even doctor get sick but there is also a level of professionalism you carry and I have never known any doctor to miss as much time as she does. When she isn’t calling to cancel My appointment she is having her staff call me to see if I can come in earlier than my appointment scheduled time when I do get to see her she rushes through my appointment does not seem to care about much I have to say and rushes to the next patient. I decided to switch to another provider because I want someone who will listen and be intensive to my needs and will be able to keep appointments. Also to follow up on what another viewer stated she never returns my calls and if I tell her assistant I would like Dr Militello to call me back personally she never does or I get a call a week later… after my problem has been resolved. Not professional at all.

She is not caring, send her message not response, called her not return call, terrible place not continue with her anymore.

Hands down, best doctor in town! Dr. Militello is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She is personable and takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Militello is truly above the rest.

I have had nothing but great care from Dr. Militello. She is thorough, caring and readily explains all issues. Dr. Militello took the time to discuss my objectives and explain. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and I was very satisfied.

Thank you Dr militello for being so professional and caring. My father is able to see his grandchildren because of your knowledge and expertise.

Dr Militello is the most thorough, caring doctor I have ever had. She has excellent bedside manners. I feel compelled to write this review after reading the previous review. I totally disagree with the previous patient. She stated that she was 23 and was sent for a mammogram and it was a waste of money but also says repeat mammograms and sonograms were done. This leads me believe that Dr. Militello took the proper course of action by sending her. I feel my health is way more important than any money and I’m very happy to have a thorough doctor like Dr Militello. Thank you Dr Militello for always being thorough and caring. I was told by her that I needed to get a mammogram and ultrasound on my breast. I was 23 years old at the time. The radiology department was shocked I was referred to them, and said Dr. Militello should never have urged me to get an ultrasound in the first place. But because they found some abnormal calcifications, I was forced to undergo 3 more mammograms and ultrasounds (each time getting weird comments from nurses commenting how I’m too young, it’s a waste of time, “Youre fine” etc etc) and of course everything ends up benign. Thanks for wasting my money. She also gave me bad advice about getting off a medication with extreme side effects, and per her bad advice, I ended up with massive withdrawal symptoms, nausea, and discomfort. She also tried to argue with me about a specific drug which I knew I had been prescribed in the past, and she argued there’s no way I could have taken it years ago because they just released it last year. I call bull, lady, I know what medication I took.… I googled it and it was released in 2015, NOT last year like she said. So I was right. Also have been continuously put off by her cold demeanor. She asked me if I was nervous and offered to have a nurse come in as well. Excuse me? I was not nervous in the slightest, and I’ve NEVER had this question asked before by a doctor in all my 24 years as a patient. Why would I need another nurse in the room with a female doctor? That’s not standard protocol (like I said I’ve never been asked this) and that question made ME uncomfortable. So I do not recommend at all.
