I've been a patient of Dr. Louis Charles for more than 14 years. She is the best doctor I've ever had. In times when most doctors spent no more than 10 minutes with you, Dr. Louis-Charles will dedicate, at least 45 minutes to see what is your problem. That can lead to some waiting time longer than usual (as stated in other reviews), but it is worth considering the high quality of care that you get. Highly recommended+++

I am very pleased with the personal care and attention of the doctor. I am, however, continually put off by the irritability and sometimes downright rudeness of the more mature of the women at the front counter.

It's hard to get information to the doctor, no email, fax machine doesn't always work and the hours are not listed at the web site, other than that, I think the entire office is very helpful and nice.
