I've been seeing Dr. Madigral for years. She's truly an amazing women. Very compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. You don't come across people like her very often.

DR MADRIGAL IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR. SHE IS QUICK ON HER FEET AND KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. DOCTOR MADRIGAL IS THE MOST CARING DOCTOR ALSO WHEN IT COMES TO HER GIVING YOU HER CELL PHONE NUMBER IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES. THE PROBLEM LIES WITH HER STAFF. IF YOU WANT THE BEST DOCTOR AROUND IN THE AREA, THAT DOESN'T TAKE INSURANCE, BUT YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH AN OFFICE STAFF THAT REALLY COULD CARE LESS IF THINGS ARE FAXED TO THE PHARMACY AND TO THE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS THAT YOU NEED, THEN SHE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU. EVEN WHEN BROUGHT TO SOMEONES ATTENTION THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER SOLVED.

Dr. Madrigal is like no other doctor. Every time I leave her office I feel better than when I walked in. She takes all the time you need to discuss any issue you may have, listens and responds as a caring friend. As for office staff, Nohemi and Bruce are out of this world kind and professional. I cannot say enough good about this doctor and her team. She continues to work with you until a solution is found. She even answers her own office phone at times, calls you herself to report lab findings, responds to emails, etc. Unbelievably happy with the service and care I receive. I have referred many friends to her and they are also pleased and amazed.

Myself and my entire family has been a patient of Doc for over 10 years now and is fabulous. Very professional, superb recommendations and bed side manner! I now live in Round Rock and I still drive to marble falls for my visits.
