If you are overweight, go somewhere else! Dr. Demola is insensitive, rude, and only focuses on weightloss. Does not focus on the actual root cause of infertility. Your BMI must be under 35 for ivf, which they fail to mention until the last minute so they can get as much money out of you as possible. He told me fertility treatments would never work for me because I'm over weight. The worst physician I've ever seen. Over 3 years of TTC and going to this clinic was a huge waste of time.

Went through treatment for IVF. Was so looking forward to retrieval and transfer. Unfortunately they only harvested 4 eggs and only 1 embryo was viable for transfer. I prayed and prayed and unfortunately my one and only embryo did not develop after transfer. I got copies of my records to take to another doctor for a second opinion. Was so incredibly shocked to find out my labs were no where near optimal for harvest OR transfer! Why would you do this to someone?! Huge waste of time and money and HUGE emotional damage was done!. Will give IVF one more shot with the new doctor now that we know what our lab results should be and the proper process for the procedures. Extremely disappointed with this clinic as a whole. Staff was terrible to deal with, but I figured they were worth dealing with if it meant I would get a baby! Just to name a few of the absolute morons to steer clear of there...Nurse Sarah, Nurse manager Nicole, Insurance Tara, Front desk Mayjen, embryologist Jim. No one in… this office acts professional or knowledgeable and all lack empathy. Such a fake group. They all deserve each other and I can only hope this place gets shut down asap!

Has no credibility. At my consultation he walked into the exam room- did not look at my chart- simply sat down and asked "how much do you weigh" then proceeded to tell me that I am not healthy. I asked why is he saying that I have never had a history of high blood pressure or bad cholesterol, excellent blood pressure and heart rate, no history of heart disease, never been on any medications, my primary care physician and OBGYN have all said I am extremely healthy- he responded by saying "they've all been lying to you" and if you have a baby now you will pay for that. I asked if he had reviewed my medical history he said no and simply said I don't need to. He was terrible. He told me to go get on a liquid diet and follow up in 3 months. Needless to say I will never step foot back in that office. An experience that is suppose to be exciting and is very sensitive turned into the most cruel. One of his staff told me he does not take difficult cases because he likes to keep his success… rate high.

Poor communication between staff. Different answers to the same questions. Nurses have an obvious lack of education and training. Not sure if they are right out of school, but absolutely lack any sense of professionalism and knowledge of general health conditions. Girl at front desk is rude and loud and acted as if she hated her job. Lab staff (Jim) was arrogant and lacks basic human empathy. He has a very fake persona. Would not trust a word he says. Wait for appointment is so long and appointment was rushed. First impressions are vital in this specialty. Gave them a couple tries and second visit was worse than the first. Not to mention the charges are triple what other highly rated clinics charge. You just walk in the clinic and can tell it's not all that great. Wires hanging off the wall. Fuzzy TV in the waiting room. Nurses dont even wear scrubs, just every day clothes, not even business casual. (And it wasnt casual friday) No privacy for the lab and staff has no sense of what… privacy should be. I'm familiar with HIPAA and they have no clue. Left lab results on voice mail and it wasnt even my phone! Would not recommend this clinic or provider to anyone!

I have only seen Dr. Loret De Mola once and I liked him. He seemed concerned with finding out what issues were causing my husband and I's fertility issues. It's the staff I don't understand. They have one receptionist who does everything. She answers the phone and mans desks and it looks like she runs the office by herself. This is concerning. It takes a long time to get return calls. Most of the office's calls are directed to the SIU obgyn office and you have to wait for someone to call you back. No one ever called me to give me my hsg results, the hospital told me someone would follow up with me. I was later told they just don't tell you if your results are normal. The information your given at the hospital is very little and I didn't know if there was an underlying problem. My husband and I had blood work on a Monday morning and were told our results would take a couple of days. I was finally called on Friday. On another set of tests I was told they should have results the same day… and was expecting to be called the next day. When you have waited for a baby for over a decade, I find it inconsiderate to be made to wait twice as long if not more to find out results that should be provided within 48 hours. I don't know if it's the staff or the doctor who takes so long to sign off on things. I understand I'm not the only patient but I'm used to much better care from other offices in the area.

This Doctor gives people false hope. He preys on those that are vunerable. Please get multiple opinions ( at least 3) before proceeding with this doctor.

I had seen another fertility specialist who had treated me like every other person who had walked through her door. Dr. De Mola listened to my past history, gathered my information from the last fertility doctor and called me at home that very evening to say he knew what was wrong with me. He gave me options and told me to read up on it and think about what I would like to do. He was right on and now we have a beautiful boy!

Doctor lacked bedside manner and was often very blunt and insensitive. Doctor gave very few options and did not provide much detail regarding conditions or prognosis. We waited 1-2 hours for consults that lasted 10 minutes. Doctor would leave the room and fail to return. Many questions left unanswered and office ran very chaotic with little organization. There was poor communication between staff and health records were inconsistent, full of discrepancies, and erroneous information.

Very bad physician. Don't waste your time and money with him. I had horrible experience. In aqurate diagnosis, very high fees. Doesn't even look at reports properly. Everything is done by nurse practitioner. I had sussuess with my very 1st treatment in St. Louise, Barn jwis hospital. Their fees are way lower than this Dr. This Dr. Can misguide you to maintain his sussuess rate. Even my friend had bad experience.

The entire clinic is wonderful they are patient and make you feel like there is no stupid question. Dr Loret de Mola is very patient and informative, he explains things in a way anyone could understand. I went into my first appointment terrified and came out feeling at ease
