Dr. Julio Cesar Novoa, MD

Dr. Julio Novoa he delivered my daughter & son had 2 c section & recovered well I recommend him as a dr he would always ask him questions he would allways had awnsers for me he’s a great obgyn ??

Dr. Novoa is an excellent Doctor, apart from being very knowledgeable he educates his community in the best possible manner. Doctor Julio Novoa is very professional and provides his patients with the most holistic care as he always goes far and beyond to answer any questions we might have at any time of the day. I would definitely recommend Dr. Julio Novoa as your OBGYN or as a cosmetic surgeon since I just had surgery with him and he left me with a very thin scar which I am super happy and glad I choose him to be my doctor. He definitely knows his job and performs it with excellence.

If there were more stars to give, I would absolutely be giving you more stars. Dr. Novoa is one of the most compassionate doctors I have come across. He is very well educated. He will definitely go the extra mile for his patients. He will listen to your wants and needs and fulfill your wishes as best as possible. And quick to answer any questions you might have with a quick text or phone call. I have recommended him over and over again. There is no other OBGYN out there that I'd trust as much as I have him. BEST DOCTOR EVER!!????

He delivered my first baby and I could not be more happy ..he always takes the time to explain everything in detail

Staff is rude and hangs up. Cancelled appointment on day of appointment and offered no explanation. Avoid!

The only comment I can say is that he is the best doctor ever. Took care of my three high risk pregnancies love him ...

so i changed doctors in my 1st trimester i felt like i wasn’t getting the attention i needed as a first time mom. so i changed and went with Novoa. as a first time mom you are completely lost about everything so you expect your Doctor to be the one you rely to with information and any questions concerns you may have. at first i did enjoy the visits everything was fine. until i got to the most important time of my pregnancy. the 3rd trimester my visits were fast which i understood because i’m healthy and my baby is healthy as well. however at my 36 week i started getting concerned about how much my baby might weigh if she flipped over already if i’m dialated and so on. i had asked him when he would check and he answered me a little rudly “i’ll check when i’ll check” i didn’t take it personal because i figured we all have bad days... but it did make me uncomfortable to ask any other questions i had. at 39 weeks i still didn’t know how much my baby weighs. another thing my baby didnt… move as much so that was very concerning to me and they did a good job on monitoring her and all however i called one day to see if they could take me in to monitor her heart beat just the way the Dr told me i could be said if your ever concerned go ahead and give us a call and we will take you as long as it’s busniess hours so i called but the assistant sent me to the hospital. so as a first time mother you hear hospital and well you freak out so i rushed over for them to just put me on the monitor and do what my Dr could of done at his office... the hospital is not down the street it’s about a 30 minute drive so once the hospital nurse told me everything was fine and was also confused as to why they sent me to the hospital that upset me cuz it was something i didn’t even have to do. being my last few days pregnant i felt like they my dr office should of taken care of me a little better and should of been a little more concerned for me. as my first time experience i wouldn’t say it was my best. not the worst but not the best. overall novoa knows what he is doing no doubt about that but if your looking for a dr that will be more friendly and that you will feel he cares in a personal way as well he is not the dr for you. he didn’t even say hi to me when he got to the hospital to deliver my baby he had a bothered face he had to cut me and stitch me open so the nurses at the hospital kept checking my stitches they noticed one of them was still bleeding so they called novoa he said he would go by the next day to check my stitches so the hospital left the epidural needle inside my skin for more than 24 hours just in case novoa was going to need to stitch me up again but novoa never showed up he never went to check on me the next day i was upset because the needle was hurting me and was extremely uncomfortable all night for him not to even go and make sure everything was okay. he never showed up the nurse called him again and he told them that i was fine like how was he sure i was fine ?! if he never went.i believe when your pregnant your bond with your dr is very important he’s taking care of your growing baby and your office visits are consistent also you shouldn’t have to feel like a bother for asking questions especially if your a first time mom.

Dr. Novoa is a great doc. Not only does he answer all my questions during my appointments, but I love reading his comments on Facebook and his videos. If you watch his videos, he is just like that in person. I highly recommend him.

He does very dirty work and wounds will get infected.

He needs to be more involved in the baby delivery process. That's his job.
