Worst experience ever. They made me wait for more than one hour just to give me the papers that were already done!

The Dictor was great and his office manager Tozell does really Great keeping office running

Dr. Boateng is good, I really had a good experience with his assistant Tionna, she helped a lot and she had to do my paper work multiple times. Thank you so much Tionna

The doctor is easy to communicate with. He is pleasant. However, I wouldn't recommend him to a friend because I believe they are better options out there. The staff is just outright pitiful. I have never met a staff of employees so miserable in my LIFE. If you hate your job, get another one!

Dr. Boateng is a skilled physician. He really cares about making the correct diagnosis, referrals and follow up. He has referred me to specialists who provided excellent care. Dr. Boateng is reliable and available to his patients.

Dr. Boateng does not communicate with patience and or concerned family members. In my opinion he and his staff are rude and unprofessional. Having an appointment means absolutely nothing because your wait time is usually an hour plus and if you visit is office as a walk-in, the wait time is over three hours (no exaggeration). I would never recommend Dr. Boateng for medical treatment.

Dr. Boateng is a pleasant doctor.He is easy to talk to but I am looking for another doctor for my parent. His staff is unfriendly I really do not like calling in to speak to them. His bedside manner is not enough to make up for their lack of politeness. I do wish that when he reaches a diagnosis he is more clear with communicating with the patient.

Dr. Boteng has a wonderful bedside manner, is very easy to talk to, and good at figuring out what's wrong. It is always easy to schedule a last minute appointment but your going to have to wait a hour because he is always overbooked. I would continue seeing him if he hired all new staff. They are rude and disrespectful to patients on the phone and in person. They do not acknowledge patients and are to busy having personal conversations with other techs who don't even work on his office. The front staff are a horrible representation for his practice.

Staff unprofessional. Disrespect patients. Over schedule. Waiting time is hour plus to see doctor. Once in the back with doctor he only gives you 10 minutes. Recommendation is find another doctor.
