If I could leave zero stars I would! From the person who checked me in, to the rude MA, to Dr. Charlie, I had a horrible experience. Dr Charlie barely gave me 5 minutes of his time, gave me a diagnosis of an incurable condition with the empathy of someone talking about the weather and abruptly walked out. The MA came in, threw a bunch of papers at me, scheduled a follow up without ever making eye contact. Do yourself a favor and don’t select him as your doctor.

Disgusted with Doctor Charlie and traditional Western medicine as a whole. Over the course of two appointments he spent a total of 4 minutes with me. My second appointment was to review my MRI results, which showed a thyroid nodule as well as some arthritic changes in the cervical spine. I explained that I was having many different symptoms including symptoms of hyperthyroidism. He insisted that it is routine to put me through a bunch of nerve conduction studies despite the fact that I was no longer having hand numbness as I had gone to get some massage and that greatly relieved things. He continued to push getting the nerve conduction test. Clearly, this doctor missed the boat and wanted to make a buck rather than take a look at this clinical picture. I had to request an order for physical therapy and request a referral to an endocrinologist. Note that even my primary care doctor and the physician who did the thyroid biopsy, an ENT, did not bother to refer me to an endocrinologist.… So much for Western medicine. They're all poorly educated and end up causing more problems as they put mere Band-Aids on things. I will be returning to my naturopath, my Palmer- educated chiropractor, my massage therapist, and a nutritionist.

Dr. Charlie is most caring and skilled. His staff is efficient and very accommodating. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for making a difference in my healthcare.

I had a simple magnesium deficiency, which he DID NOT detect, rather ordered tests that costs thousands of dollars that he did even look at, prescribed an ANTIDEPRESSANT and VITAMIN d. Idiot.

At first I had high hopes for Dr. Charlie. Staff and office nice, seemed like he would try to get to the root of the problem. Instead after a month of appointments and tests he prescribed a medicine that would have made my issue worse. I was so disgusted with the total lack of knowledge. Waste. Thank God i figured out what was wrong and too corrective action. The issue could have had devastating life long effects if I hadn't.

Dr. Charlie has really helped me and has given me a lot of information about my diagnosis. I appreciate that he and his staff always run on time and they are very considerate.

Saw me in the hospital...gave me a diagnosis before even looking at my scans...came back and told me that the diagnosis wasn't correct after all...horrible bedside manner. In addition, he charged me 5x the normal rate for a hospital consult.

Dr. Charlie was not interested in taking time to hear my symptoms instead he rushed me out the room and made premature conclusions. I would not recommend him to see my dog.

Was more concerned about rushing me out the door. He didnt answer all my questions. He said bye, have a nice day, and i actually had to stop him and tell him wait, i have questions for him. He never returned my phonecalls either. I made an appointment with a diffrent doctor for the same issue, thats how badly it went!
