In these sessions, we will heal some old wounds and strengthen mental resources that you already have. I will then begin to serve as your "life coach". We will discuss and practice special techniques and strategies aimed at aiding and helping you resolve your current concerns. Ultimately, you will be enabled to move on with your life in a new and more healthy manner.
