Dr. Lau Deza has been treating my chronic lung allergy issues for over 5 yrs. In that time she has been on task and very professional and responsive to my needs even doing video chat during pandemic. The hospital office staff seeming to be quite busy, sometimes needs a prodding to get re-fills. Been using my-chart in their system and its a hit and miss, but as of lately working much better as they have more staffing in the office.

awful staff, the doctor either does not know what's going on or she doesn't care. After waiting three weeks get medication approval or new medication , I got nothing. Ask for doctor to call me , they said they can't promise doctor will call back. the solution is to make an appointment to come in instead of a call back , in the middle of a pandemic the solution is to come in and talk to her instead of a call back. I do not recommend this doctor
