Dr. Jung Ho Park, MD

I check up on this “doctor” every now and again to see if he’s changed the way he approaches his patients. Scared, confused and recently having lost my mom, in 2016, I was diagnosed with a terminal illness and found myself under the “care” of Dr. Jung Ho Park. I needed an endoscopy STAT so here I am on the table when Dr. Park advised me that they didn’t have the ability to put me under so I’d have to go without it. Um, no.. at 20, I had just such an endoscopy that traumatized me and I just couldn’t subject myself to that experience again. When I told Dr. Park not to proceed without the propofol: He snapped. He started screaming at me in front of all the crew stating I needed this procedure and just get it done. I didn’t want to proceed. He then stated that my liver was so damaged that I’d “Be dead in six months anyway…”. WOW. Went home, did a little research on Dr. Parks Patient/Doctor feedback and determined if my time is limited, I certainly did NOT want to navigate this… precious journey with a person who doesn’t think before he acts. Went to my next appointment and I fired him. I discussed with him my reasons why I couldn’t keep him as my healthcare advocate and he basically said no matter what I do, I’m just going to continue to get sicker and sicker. So, every yearly anniversary, I check in the hopes that he’s either found his way, or….NEVER MIND. PATIENTS BEWARE

Wouldn't listen to anything I had to say Said I was constipated even though I have had pain for over 1 year with diarrhea Pills he had me take gave me diarrhea for 1 week.
