Dr. Justin Charles Clark, MD

The visit was very brief. He barely asked questions and quickly jumped to his conclusion that his services weren't warranted and to conclude the visit. I pushed for more explanation and got little. He may be 100% correct in his conclusion, but left me feeling cold and uncared for. From my perspective, he glanced at the imaging and immediately concluded there's nothing he could do. I didn't see any effort to explore my situation. I couldn't tell if he adequately reviewed my case or not. Very poor rapport and communication.

The Doctor referred me to two specialists and said I would hear back in a few weeks. Heard nothing back for months. I was not provided with information about contacting the specialists and didn’t know that I had to contact them and provide imaging for them. The office staff alluded that this would all be taken care of and I will hear back from the specialists. They need to be more clear on the process and provide the referral information in “My Chart” so the patient knows who to contact.

Dr Clark even came in on his day off to treat me as he specializes in my type of injury. He is kind and compassionate.

DR. CLARK AND HIS STAFF ARE HIGHLY EXPERIENCE AND VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I HAD BACK SURGERY AFTER ANOTHER DOCTOR HAD SCREWED IT UP AND HE HAD TO REPLACE 2 BROKEN RODS IN MY BACK AND FIX THE FUSIONS THAT WEREN'T FIX PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME. Dr. Clark is very thorough and empathic. I have not had my surgery yet but I believe he is the right surgeon for me.
