Dr. Justin Michael Ferrara, MD

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with him. Very poor patient care-haven’t seen him since the surgery. One of those doctors who wouldn’t spare a minute to see you-hides behind his PA and nurses. Doesn’t follow evidence based practice, does things the way he does because “this is the was I do things” instead of educating himself via updated literature. Never felt so disregarded as a patient.

Dr. Ferrara could be the best surgeon in the area but he has absolutely no feelings or respect for his patients! After he operated on my right ring finger I developed a genetic condition on my right dominant hand call Dupuytren conjunction which I knew nothing about. He would not give me a follow up appointment to simply explain the condition. I will openly tell you I lied so I could get an appointment to see him. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me not giving me information. When I told him I was worried about my fingers curbing inward because I did art and played guitar, he stepped into the exit doorway, making believe he was playing a guitar said “You can still strum and walked out closing the door leaving me setting alone. ??

I had an awesome experience with him. The surgery was quick and easy.

Excellent surgeon. He fixed a botched surgery from a different surgeon. I'm more than happy with the results.
