Dr Justin Kearse is Fabulous just awesome. He is so kind and knowledgeable put you at ease and get you out of pain easily. He just knows what to do. Five stars is not enough for Dr Justin Kearse. He makes you feel just perfect

I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor and their staff, and I was appalled by their unprofessionalism. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kearse. After my visit and MRI, he refused to communicate my results with me. He would not review my scans and did not help me create a treatment plan. He gave me a brace, but never told me how long I needed to wear it. I asked for help multiple times calling and texting his staff, but I was denied every time. He is more focused on the money than his patients. His team was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would recommend seeing anyone else besides Dr. Kearse.

Dr Kearse is a superb doctor! He blends his expertise with wisdom, kindness, and sensitivity. He takes time to answer all of my questions and gives me wholistic options. His heart is huge, and I trust his care for my well-being.

Not rushed

For the second time these past few months, the southern boulevard office staff has been a complete & unprofessional disappointment. I made an appointment to receive my cortisone shot on my arthritic right hand with Dr Kearse for 11 am. I was happy to get an appointment on that day since the pain had started up again & I was leaving the next day to attend a niece’s wedding up north. My appt was confirmed the previous Friday. When I came to the office at 10:40 on Monday, I was then informed that my referral had expired. I was told to get another referral, that referrals took about 3 days to obtain and to comeback another day. I immediately called my primary doctor and was able to get a referral approved immediately. I came back into his reception & informed his staff that a referral was immediately being faxed in from my doctor. It was 11:05 am. The receptionist returned & told me that they could not wait for the referral. She said it was too late and that my appointment was being… cancelled & that I could return another day. I explained that I would be away but his staff did not care. She handed me a business card to call back for an appointment. I was not late for my appointment, i was not informed that my referral was no longer valid, and I managed to pull off a miracle in getting a new referral turnaround and yet his staff sent me away in pain. It is not the first time for their unbelievable lack of patience service and care. It will be the last time though. Although I love Dr Kearse and his medical care, I will never return to his practice.

Such a great experience with my hand surgery. His staff is so friendly and helpful. He has the best bedside manner, and is an excellent surgeon.
