Dr. Justin William Langan, MD

I had an appointment with Dr. Langan but was instead seen by his NP, Doug. I told Doug I believed I had a tear of my biceps tendon or labrum, and after some evaluation he assured me I did not. I was adamant there was some type of tear or damage that would not be resolved by physical therapy and requested imaging to confirm. He was condescending and did not seem willing to listen to my concerns and prescribed 6 weeks physical therapy. After 2 sessions of PT and in my 3rd session, the therapist said I most likely have a tear. After finishing the 6 weeks PT I switched doctors within TOA and the new doctor immediately agreed I likely have a torn labrum. Was sent for a contrast MRI and lo and behold - a torn labrum. Would have been nice to get the imaging done when originally requested and be able to recover over the winter, but now instead I'll be getting labrum repair surgery in march and have my summer wasted in a sling and recovering. Dr. Langan is great but the NP Doug he employs is… not, and since you can't guarantee who you will see I would not recommend visiting Dr. Langan's office.

He was only dr to help me with my hip issues. He listened and gave me realistic goals. Glad he did my surgery. I would recommend him.

The visit with Dr Langan was better than expected one of the few Doctors I’ve seen that really Seemed not to be in a hurry he listened to me about why I was there his nurse was very nice the only problem I had was the front staff at check in more interested with talking to Coworkers then helping me would go see him again

Great Doctor

Dr. Langan worked a miracle on my knee. I'm walking better than ever. It's the best choice I ever made. I would recommend him to anyone that is needing a knee replacement. He very compassionate and thorough with his patients from the first visit, through surgery, post of, during therapy,and follow ups visits. I'm very glad that Dr. Langan took my on my case. I'm very BLESSED.
