Saw the Doctor in ER at Presbyterian Dallas has excellent bedside manner really listens and does what he says he'll do. Can't get a better doctor than that. THANK YOU DR. NEFF

I fainted and had a very bad fall. Dr. Neff’s 7 stitches couldn’t have been any better had he been a plastic surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Neff.

Hello, I went to the ER due to an emergency. Found a hospital "in network" that would enable me to know how much I would end up paying. The hospital bills were discounted and added up to about $300 total: for radiology $23, general hospital $200, radiologists $80. Dr. Neff billed me $1,400 because he does not accept Aetna insurance. Who doesn't accept AETNA?! When I called to try and negotiate the bill as I stated that it was excessive, I was able to get it to $600. How is this not considered highway robbery? If Dr. Neff sees 50 patients in a 12 hour shift then he would make $70,000 for a day's work. Sounds fair since that doesn't include any of the hospital staff, supplies, or anything other than Dr. Neff expressing his opinion that I would be "okay in a few weeks." Thank you Dr. Neff for making a significant difference. Not in my peace of mind, but in my finances.

My experience at Presbyterian Dallas with Dr. Justin Neff stitching the terrible cut on my arm was about as good as I could ever hope for. He reassured me that I was going to be just fine. He told me exactly what he was going to do to my arm, and proceeded to do just that. I experienced very little pain through out the entire procedure. He numbed my arm with a shot prior to stitching it up. I had 15 stitches in all. I went home feeling lucky that I had such a good doctor in ER.
