Dr. Justin Mcclure Pfaffinger, DDS

Justin M. Pfaffinger, D.D.S.
Dr. Justin Pfaffinger received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2009 after completing his undergraduate studies at Cal Poly, SLO receiving his BS in 2005. He was awarded honors for his excellent skills in restorative dentistry and graduated at the top of his class in clinical practice. In 2004, Dr. Pfaffinger married his high school sweetheart, Kayla, also a Cal Poly graduate. Both he and Kayla were raised in Nevada County, both graduates of N.U.H.S., and together have two beautiful daughters, Lucy and Claire. They enjoy the outdoors through hiking, camping and bike riding. Dr. Pfaffinger also enjoys playing classical guitar which he first picked up as a child.
Returning to Nevada City in 2009, Dr. Pfaffinger joined the group practice of Drs. Creasey and DicKard where he has since expanded their scope of services to include oral conscious sedation for children and implant surgery for young adults and up. He is a …general practitioner in the true sense of the term treating patients for most of their dental needs from fillings, crowns, veneers, dentures and root canals to periodontal, implant and other oral surgeries.
