We are so happy Dr Smith is coming to Trophy Club! During our last year under his care, he has again and again his care for his patients. He and his staff has called to check on our child after hospital visits and surgeries, and he is so easy to contact with questions and concerns. We 100% trust him with our child and look forward to many years of him being our pediatrician!

Dr. Smith is simply the best! We have tried several Pediatricians in the DFW area, only to find they were quick to prescribe whatever meds for whatever was "going around". Dr. Smith takes the time to listen to concerns, answer questions, and suggests more than one method to address the issue. He is readily available via Social Media, which curbs my middle of the night/weekend anxieties . Thanks Dr. Smith for moving to the DFW! I will happily drive 30 minutes to his office for as long as my kids need him.

Today was my first time taking my daughter to see Dr. Smith at Cooks Childrens in Lewisville. I could not be happier with the visit. The facility is extremely clean. I had no appointment but I was able to be worked into the schedule extremely quickly. I spoke with all 3 of the nice ladies working the front desk and all were extremely helpful with excellent demeanors. Really pleasant overall. The quantity of new patient paperwork was far less than I expected and it was quite easy to authorize the office to obtain my daughter's medical records from our previous pediatrician. After the usual checks and measurements I was blown away by how quickly the strep throat test was complete. Overall I was most pleased by Dr. Smith's responses to my questions which conveyed to me that health/safety is #1, he is quite knowledgable, but he isn't going to throw all kinds of prescriptions at my daughter when they aren't necessary. And in retrospect, my daughter was back to normal within 48… hours without any prescription, so he was spot on. I had my note to give my daughter's school for excuse of her absence in hand as soon as I asked for it at the end of my visit. My copay receipt was emailed to me which prevents me from losing it. And I was easily able to set up a secure account online where I could view my daughter's medical history in the future. I have indeed found my daughter's new pediatrician.

Dr. Smith has been our pediatrician for 10 months now, and we could not have hoped for a better doctor. We asked tons of crazy questions being first time parents, and Dr. Smith has been an awesome source of good advice and counsel. Our daughter loves him, and we trust him because he treats our daughter like one of his own. Wherever you are located, you need to drive whatever distance it takes to Lewisville to see him, you will be glad you did.
