Dr. Justin Hull Thompson, MD

Dr Thompson doesn?t listen to your concerns. He also forgets everything that happens between visits and doesn?t review your chart or his notes. When his office staff, especially Anna the office manager, is hateful and rude , he tells you to go and work it out with her instead of running his office and staff. If their brand new nurse can?t hit a vein during a procedure they tell you you?re holding up the line and kick you out still in pain. Then they blame you for it. Anna gets away with treating patients like garbage and the doctor does nothing. He is only concerned with getting patients in and out as fast as possible to keep the money rolling in. Calls don?t get returned, the doctor doesn’t get messages, and if you try to talk to him about this he just ignores you. They also overbilled my insurance company and refuse to fix it. This is just a pill mill and the doctor doesn’t care about anything other than money. No answering service, so no help on weekends when they forget to send… refills in after your appointment. The staff is totally unorganized and rude and they don’t follow through with things. They swab you for tests and then when you ask for results they forgot or can’t find them. So then they try to do it again and charge you again. Why send you out for tests or surgical consultation when they ignore the results or are unable to tell you when you ask, even when they have your chart? They’re happy to give you pills every month but not able to handle anything more advanced than that.

This is a great doctor he takes time to listen and explain what’s happening and I have had several back issues that he has successfully resolved.

Another selfish MD who believes only his time and schedule matter. Literally made my brother wait in the pre-surgery waiting room for hours for a scheduled surgery only to cancel the surgery because his previous surgery took longer than he had planned. Does anyone really want a guy who cannot plan the length of his own procedures cutting into their backs??

On a recent visit he walked into the room never acknowledged my spouse. He sat down told me what was what never asking about where my pain was or even taking time to exam me. He is flippant, non-compassionate and has no bed-side-manor. I’m searching for another doctor and telling everyone I know about my experience and advising them not to EVER go to him. He’s lousy!

Dr. Thompson and his staff are the most responsible, punctual, and attentive staff, that I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. (And I've been in many physicians offices) They have literally changed my life. I’ve lived with chronic kidney pain for 17 years. Dr. Thompson instantly addressed my situation with what was best for me. Because of this approach, we began a process to which has allowed me to experience life for the first time without constant pain in consecutive months in 17 years. The method he recommended was the Intrathecal Pain Pump System. This has also allowed me stop going through different regimens of pain control, that not only didn’t work, but made the situation worse for me. I believe in the Intrathecal Pain Pump system 100%. It has given me new opportunities, and a new outlook on life. Having lived so long in chronic pain, it is easy to see how depression, anxiety and even suicide can consume a person at times. I pray that more people find out about this… option of pain control. I feel like the Intrathecal Pain Pump could, and should be allowed to change many lives, for many generations to come. Dr. Thompson is very professional. He will explain everything that’s going to take place and make sure you have a clear understanding. Injections went great. Staff was very professional as well. Dallas Methodist office.

Dr Thompson has been treating me for chronic low back pain for sometime. My condition has improved, though slower than I would have hoped. Dr Thompson is always professional, listens wel, focuses on my complaint, then discusses treatment options with me. He is a caring, competent practitioner.

Please research a new helper because this is the worst you have had. I'm sorry for saying these things BUT you are an amazing DR.
