This last visit confirmed my TKR is working well, The total procedure visits, surgeries, follow up phone calls from Dr. West and follow up visits have been very positive.

Dr West did both my hips and I have never felt better. He takes the time to listen and really cares. I would highly recommend his services.

Very bad pain in knee got a shot and inflammation meds and feeling really good today. It still lets me know pau is still there but only one day in meds. I was able to do yard work today otherwise I wouldn't have. Everyone there was very nice and friendly

This was the third follow up visit for TNR, Wait time was at a minimum . Dr, West provided information about the progress of the TNR, He addressed all of my concerns in a clear positive manner. I felt assured I could call his office if I was to encounter any adverse effects from the healing process, The whole staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr West didn’t take the time to review my whole health history regarding my disease process which plays a big part in the reason I went to him. His bedside manner needs a lot of work. He only focused on my shoulder and not the reason for what happened to it. I have poor health because of my autoimmune disease and I was treated as if I was just another patient. I have multiple doctors because of my health and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and care that I received.
