saw Dr. White in May to begin the process of Interventional Psychiatry - specifically TMS. I was told I would receive a phone call within a week to begin scheduling my procedure. Not only did I not receive a phone call, I actually eventually was told that Dr. White was no longer accepting patients when I checked in for the 3rd time. As an individual that suffers from treatment resistant depression, this completely crushed me. Do not set even initial appointments if there is no possibility of treatment. For individuals suffering from nearly hopeless situations, this is the absolute worst thing you can do for our mental health situations. I cannot recommend him or the Carilion Clinic Interventional Psychiatry Clinic.

Dr. White is is incredibly knowledgable about my chronic physical disease, brain injury and neuropsychiatric condition. He is the most compassionate Doctor I have ever encountered. I feel so fortunate to be in his care.

Dr. White is the nicest doctor I have ever had.

Excellent, with the diagnosis and treatment. A very kind and compassionate doctor. I wish he accepted out-patients.

Easy to talk to. Knows many fields of medicine well.
