Dr. Justina Egbichi Eke, MD

Dr. Eke is very straightforward. Her main concern is the wellbeing of the child. I can tell from many of these reviews that parents are displeased that they didn’t have a buddy, instead of a doctor. All three of my children love her. I travel just under an hour to get there now, and would travel further if need be.

You’ll be fine as long as you don’t ask any questions and go along with what she says, but when I try to ask more questions or know why things are being done to my child she got very rude, I was shocked and have never been treated this badly by any health professional

Not sure if it was the day I went but I was here for 1.5 hours before Dr. Eke even made it into the room. Once she did, she proved herself to be the worst pediatrician. Both of my children love talking to doctors and she dismisses them or acts annoyed when they ask questions or tell something about their life. If they don't hear her the first time she says something, she gets impatient and snippy. For example, my son was spinning on the chair when she walked in. She said "Could you stop spinning please?" He didn't hear her and she said "STOP!" I was very close to walking out after having to wait so long and now she's being mean to my child. She also made a remark that my child needs to eat because he's in the 30th percentile. Shouldn't she know as a pediatrician that toddlers are very picky? He's healthy and smart and growing, he just has a fast metabolism. Every appointment, she never has a good bedside manner. My mom has made comments about it whenever she accompanies to… me an appointment. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone! Idk if it's because I'm younger but I do not appreciate how she is with my kids or with me. What kind of pediatrician gets so annoyed and impatient with children?

The WORST doctor you could ever take your children to in Martinsburg! Dr. Eke has a horrible bedside manner, she is extremely rude to patients and talks over you when you have concerns. Her receptionists talk about their own patients and are extremely rude. Overall her entire practice deserves to be shut down due to innapropriate conduct. How dare she call herself a pediatrician, she doesn't care about anyone's child.
