Dr. Jyoti Bhushan Mohanty, MD

My encounter with Dr. Jyoti Mohanty's office staff was profoundly disconcerting. Despite the critical nature of my request for CAT scan results concerning my heightened cholesterol levels, their incompetence and apathy were nothing short of appalling. It is simply unacceptable for staff members to recklessly toy with patients' health and prioritize their own convenience over proper care. I vehemently caution against seeking assistance from this office.

I like Dr M. But making an appointment is a disaster. Staff is disorganized. When I was in hospital I made two calls to Doctor’s office and nobody returned the call. I just don’t feel like they care.

Service is excellent when you can actually be seen by dr. Mohanty the practice is extremely overcrowded and the office staff is no stranger to mistakes and messing up. I was recently diagnosed with Covid and I called for a video visit I never received the call and when I called back to inquire I was offered a video visit 2 weeks out for the earliest available video visit yet they are accepting new patients. Very disappointing during times of a pandemic. I was told that my previous appointment was scheduled as a office visit even though I clearly said I tested positive for Covid and need a video visit. Not feeling well and not given any help from this office.

Scam operation. Never will actually see doctor. Never can communicate with office staff or Dr. Received bill in mail for copays from unknown source 6 months later. They don't even let you walk into office unless you pay copays. Some nurse gave me results of previous test. Claims $173.00 from Humana and I'm supposed to pay $15.00 copay six months later. Threaten by independent billing staff with collections and c. redit report. Patient Mill operation. Beware

Just DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. HE IS RUDE, ARROGANT AND HIS STAFF IS EXACTLY THE SAME OR MORE ARROGANT AND RUDER THAN HIM. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF HE's the only cardiologist available. There is no excuse or exception for the Nasty, Rude, Obnoxious way he and the staff handled my first AND LAST VISIT TO THE DEVILS OFFICE. Cares more about the type of insurance than his patients.( Preffers Medicare).

Dr. Mohanty is a very caring, compassionate and intelligent doctor. Our experiences with him have always been first rate. My husband's health issues are very complicated, and Dr. Mohanty has been great at working with us. He always takes time to explain everything to us and listens to all of our questions/concerns. Highly recommend.

I trust him with my life.

An elderly relative was a patient and was shuffled in and out in a factory setting. Impossible to reach even when there were hospitalizations. Staff was the rudest, most unsympathetic I have ever encountered. When I complained to the doctor he said that "all medical offices are like that. They think they are doctors." Would not recommend this practice for an elderly family member.

What a fabulous and knowledgeable Doctor.The office staff are all great and I appreaciated the care and attention from the staff,ARNP and Dr Mohanty.
