Dr. Jyotsna H Gor, MD

She has been my wife's doctor for 5 years when I initially moved to USA. Now it's been 11 years for me in USA. No doubt that Dr Gyostna Guar is highly unprofessional and money hungry lady. I can write a book on whatever she has done. I spent 4 years with other specialist doctors to undo whatever she did for her greed.

Worst doctor I have ever met. She is money hungry lady, doesn't care about the patient. My experience was worst with her. She asked me to get admitted even though I was not having any labor pain, neither my water broke. She forced me to take epidural while I was convincing her that I can handle the pain. She asked me to push when it was not the right time, baby was still up. Then she said that we had to do c-section otherwise there would be a problem with your baby. (same old statements to do c-section). She said the heart beats of baby are going down which was not the case. My husband was watching everything. When he asked her that the heart beats are going down only while pushing because the baby hasn't came down yet. She answered him rudely. She was very rude with us during entire delivery time. The funny thing is, when I got admitted to the hospital, the nurses started preparing for C-section. We heard them saying that "When Dr. Gor is a physician, you know how it goes, so better… to be prepared for C-section". If you want a normal delivery, please DO NOT go to Dr. Gor. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I regret my decision now that I chose her. She doesn't deserve even 1 star. I wist her license get cancelled. Many lives would be saved from C-Section.

We moved from India recently, and we chose Dr. Gor as she is female and Indian and I thought my wife would be more comfortable talking to her. Getting the appointment was a bit tricky, as she is booked for next 3 Saturdays, and is available for only a few hours in the afternoon on Mon-Wed-Fri. Anyways, we got an appointment and we went there. Even before we saw the Doctor, the attendant asked for urine samples etc. which we were not sure was required. The Doctor did a pregnancy test, which we already knew would be negative. She did a physical examination. She browsed through the previous medical records, asked very few questions and recommended a fertility clinic. No prescription, no treatment, nothing. When we showed her the medication prescribed by OBGYN in India, she vaguely said she doesn't prescribe these medicines and this is a fertility issue so she won't treat it. She didn't pay attention to the fact the issue we went to her with was not related to fertility. Just because we… said we wanted to have a baby, she just recommended a fertility clinic and that's it. Not a good experience.

I visited Dr . Gor because I had infection.she didn't treat me well but she just said me use trial and error method.she charged co pay when I visited her.and I knew from my insurance company that she told them she didn't charge co pay.so she was asking for money of co pay from my side and from my insurance.my insurance company asked me for to pay co payment otherwise they would put this charge on my social number.that co payment which I already paid but she was lying.

Dr. Gor has been a very good doctor to me. She was concerned about an issue I had recently and followed-up with me and my primary care physician. She delivered my daughter more than 2 decades ago (normal delivery) and she has been my one and only OB/GYN ever since. Her assistant is also very nice to deal with. I do not understand all the negative comments here. The waiting room maybe crowded but I have not had to wait too long to be seen by her. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend her.

Don't like this doctor,I was feeling pain at urine time so I go to there, I tell her my all problem n doctor did pregnancy test while I knew that I am not pregnant still she did pregnancy test and it was negative next day I got fever because of urine infection and it was 104. So I never prefers this doctor if u want to healthy pregnancy healthy your health so don't go there there are many good doctor in jersey

I will nt recomend this Doctor to anyone....money hungery Doctor she is.....don't spend much time with her paitents...pls don't go to this Doctor....& don't recomend her also to anyone....her licence should be canceled

Even though my condition was perfectly normal, she did not even wait for 1 day. She forced us to agree for a C-section on my due date. She just said that it was risky to wait for more time. The hospital nurses and evryone else said that we could have waited easily for a week more. In spite of appt we have to wait upto an hr for the visits. Once in her cabin, she never even spends 5 mins with you. She greets you and asks you same questions evrytime like a recorder. Only when you ask a question from your side , she may give some information. Else she provides no information at all..how to take care, what to do , what not to do ...nothing at all..I regret going to her and would never ever recommend her to anyone.

We went to Dr.Gor for our first baby my baby is suffering a lot of health problems because of her negligence. She won't listen our concerns.I thoroughly regret choosing her as the gynecologist. If you are looking for gynecologist,I would advise you to stay away from Dr.Gor. Please don't go to her. Thanks,
