Dr. Kadie Elaine Leach, MD

This office has the worst staff I have ever encountered. I went in for a routine physical and ended up with weeks of headache. They used the wrong billing code and when I asked them to resubmit it they insisted on having the Lab pay for the services when I was advised by my insurance that if submitted with proper coding the service would be covered. Good luck getting one of them on the phone the nursing staff is incompetent and the front office staff borders on having a disability. I can’t comment on the doctor I waited 45 minutes past my appointment to see her for 20 minutes and for that time things seemed fine. I strongly advise against visiting this office.

7-15-19 Dr. Leach is an excellent Internal Medical Doctor. She takes care of the whole body. She takes care of you if admitted to the hospital. You get the best care by her and those who care for you. The Staff/Techs knows that her patients gets the best care. I’ve been going to her for care for over 20 yrs. There is on “big complaint “ and it hasn’t gotten better. That is over and triple booking for patients. Waiting 3 hrs. or more at any doctor’s office is to much. I would hate to lose her as my doctor after so many years. It gets difficult as we age to wait so long.

Dr. Leach does not have the best bedside manner, especially when in a bad mood. She feels she can say anything disrespectful out of her mouth after waiting to see her. Staff turnaround is ridiculous!

I went to Dr. Leach as a new patient I sat you 3 hours. Her staff nurse Brittany is rude and has a short fuse. Dr. Leach also yelling, my medication takes three days to be call in I could not tell you what my labs results were. The place is a mess

Dr. Leach is a great Doctor, but customer service sucks. The lady at the front desk has no customer service experience/skills. Her body is there, but her mind is far away. She doesn't value anyone's presence there. You just sit there waiting for 2, 3, 4, 5 hours, she doesn't give a crap. That lady should join the (don't give a crap team at wall-mart) not at a front desk to receive customer. She looks mature enough, but she thinks like a kid , I guess.

Dr. Leaches office goes through a lot of staff changes ever 6 months . How ever she did have the perfect staff. Bray, Tomeze, Valerie, and Sophia are great. But came in one day and they were all gone. What a shame but I did hear that Dr. Leach abused them and accused them of things that they did not do. No one should have to go through that I hope staff is in better place. Can't say staff should be 5 star now but at the time yes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leach for over 5 years. I think the blatant disrespect for her patients is outlandish. On average, an appointment takes 4 hours. I know some patients that have been there for 6 hours. You are in the waiting room for 2 hours or more and then in the exam room for even more hours before being seen. She is never on time for her appointments. She schedules her patients every 15 minutes but spends an average of 30 minutes with each patient. She is a good doctor but no one is worth waiting 4 hours for without even an apology.

I have known Dr Leach for over 20 years, She is one of the best doctor's I have seen. Her diagnosis are good. I have a lot of medical issues. She was able to help me to control them all. Such as blood presure, suger level and heart rate etc.. I Thank God for her and for guiding to the correct Heart Spec, Her office vists is long. However, it worth the wate I don't mind wating.

Dr. Leach is a good Dr. , she cares about her patients. The negative aspect about her office is the wait time. You will be in the office 5 hours before she will see you. If you get a physical, she will never call you for a follow-up. Lord help you if you are terminally ill. Her daughter's attitude is terrible. Hopefully she will hire someone else in the place of her daughter.

Wait Time is too long. Her daughter is now working for her and she is very abrasive and obnoxious. I really don't like this new change.
