Dr. Kahtan A Kaissi, MD

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, but my family member is his patient, and because I don't live in the same city, I rely on them for details. However, when an incident recently occurred, I had to call his office myself, and I was extremely disappointed on ALL levels. The only person who deserves kudos here is the young lady who answered the phone. His medical staff is rude, and by proxy, I have to assume that they're taking their cue from him, because they continued to blame everything on him or say told them to tell me certain things. I was NEVER allowed to speak with him directly, which I found highly suspicious, because I understand being busy at the time, but they never said that they would have him to return my call, given our distance situation. Additionally, they disregarded at least two HIPPA violations, which is a big no-no for me because I work in the healthcare field. If they felt comfortable enough doing this with me, I definitely feel that they've done it… previously with others and will continue to do so going forward. Training is absolutely needed at this facility on ALL levels. I have since requested that my family member find another physician. I'm not convinced that he has his patients' best interests in mind. It seems to be more of a money grab at this "office."
