Dr. Kaisen Fang, MD

Dr.Fang was Professional, and Caring. Treat you like family.

This doctor has a very poor demeanor. I tried to ask questions so I could better understand what he was telling me and he just got annoyed and gave me a very short answer that didn't really answer my questions just to get me out of his office. Also, we had problems with getting x-rays from the radiology department and instead of simply picking up the phone and calling them he wanted me to go over there and check on it myself. I also tried to get his office to fax over a prescription to our pharmacy and they refused and said they would mail it. His staff are lazy and rude. I think Dr. Fang and his office are in the wrong business, People like this should not be looking after the health of others.

Dr. Fang is my mother's doctor and she and I both love him. He is very compassionate and spends as much time with you as you need. Even when my mother goes to an appointment without me, if he sees something he is concerned about, he will call me to make sure she follows his direction. Great Dr.!!

Dr. Fang is wonderful! He's very caring, and when other doctors kept misdiagnosing me he encouraged me and told me that he wouldn't give up trying, and he hasn't. His office staff is very proficient, and I like the fact that they are his family.
