First of all, the office staff was rude. They continually charged me a copay even though it was covered by my husbands insurance. I went in for a routine colonoscopy, but ended up having 3 endoscopes before the colonoscopy was completed. I told Dr Shah twice about painful “attacks”, but told me I most likely had tumors on my stomach and needed an ultrasound. However I would need to wait2 months. Meanwhile I sought a second opinion at Sansum Clinic. By the time I was scheduled for the ultrasound, I had seen a GI and a surgeon and had my gall bladder removed. It took 8 months to finally get a refund on my copays. I had to threaten a report to Better Business Bureau.
